What I will be doing?
We seek a passionate Strategic Account Manager for our Publisher team in London.
- Manage premium CTV and omnichannel clients, driving growth for both clients and our EMEA business.
- Oversee all aspects of post-sales account management from launch to growth.
- Be the main client contact, overcoming challenges and strategizing growth.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Publisher Solutions, and Sales teams to advance initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of EMEA accounts, maximizing pitches and upselling opportunities.
- Analyze data and reports to monitor account performance.
- Understand account strategies and identify opportunities to utilize Nexxen’s offerings.
- Provide strategic consulting on inventory monetization and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Use data and metrics to inform upselling decisions.
- Coordinate with the commercial demand team based on analysis and demand needs.
- Support the creation of sales collateral for demand teams.
What will I bring?
- At least 2 years of client-facing account management experience.
- Understanding of the programmatic industry.
- Proven success in developing client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Ambitious, positive team player with a passion for ad tech.
- Analytical skills to solve problems and interpret data.
- Ability to present value propositions to stakeholders.
- Experience owning account management responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills for business and technical challenges.
- Note: Nexxen follows a hybrid work model—3 days in London office, 2 days remote.
