Join Landmarc Support Services Limited as a Strategic Asset Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of asset management within our Engineering & Assurance team, working for an official Defence Contractor. This is your chance to drive long-term impact, influence business direction and asset priorities, and lead innovation in digital asset management. You’ll work across a diverse range of teams and stakeholders, ensuring our assets perform optimally while meeting compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a clear, organisation-wide Asset Management Strategy that aligns operational delivery with long-term business goals.
  • Overseeing lifecycle planning, risk management, and compliance, ensuring assets deliver maximum value.
  • Leading the adoption of digital tools and data insights to inform capital planning and performance improvement.
  • Building trusted relationships across the organisation to influence asset priorities and drive continuous improvement.

About You

You bring a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership:

  • Experience in strategic asset management, lifecycle planning, and risk-based maintenance.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CAFM systems, ideally Maximo, and awareness of digital asset management trends.
  • Skills in long-term capital investment planning and operational delivery.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Institute of Asset Management, engineering, or technical discipline).
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, drive best practices, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Full UK driving licence and compliance with security/residency requirements.

Working Arrangements

This role involves regular travel across various UK sites, with a primary base at our office on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire. While travel is a key part of the position, there will also be opportunities to work from home on certain days.

About The Company

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE).
