An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Strategic Asset Management Team for an experienced Strategic Asset Planning Co-Ordinator who will provide support across Link Group in relation to all aspects of Asset Management; planning the ongoing investment in the property assets, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the delivery of Link’s decarbonisation and sustainability agenda.
The post holder will play an integral part in designing and implementing Link Group’s new Asset Management Strategy and work closely with stakeholders within Link Group and C~urb colleagues to ensure asset management objectives are met.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Asset Management, the successful candidate will manage a team responsible for designing and scoping works, compliance programmes, and maintaining property asset data, ensuring investment decisions are based on quality stock condition and attribute information.
Requirements
- Qualified to HNC level in a relevant built environment discipline such as Building Surveying, Quality Surveying, or Building Energy Management.
- Extensive experience in planning, developing, and implementing large investment and compliance programmes.
- Experience with Stock Condition Surveys and electronic data management.
- Knowledge of Scottish Housing Quality Standard, Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing, CDM Regulations, Asbestos Management, Gas, and Electrical Safety.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and external design collaborations.
- Advanced ICT skills, including Microsoft 365 and Teams.

What’s in it for you?
- Permanent contract
- Salary: £52,007.00 – £65,152.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
- Location: Falkirk office with hybrid working options
- Hours: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with flexible arrangements considered
