Responsible for working with our existing strategic accounts you will be one of the main point of contacts for our customers by being their ‘Trusted Adviser’.**About The Role:*** Working hand-in-hand with the Strategic Client Directors you will be responsible for the client renewal schedule and ensuring that the necessary contracts are issued and closed on time and in line with Sales targets.* The Strategic Client Manager will collaborate and co-ordinate with the Account Director and wider business partners to ensure we are meeting all the needs and changing demands for the set of clients assigned to your territory.* The Strategic Client Manager is responsible for maintaining Account Plans and Contact for all your strategic accounts that have both short-term objectives and long-term goals.* Speaking with customers on a regular basis to confirm client experience and satisfaction – this is a client customer success role.* Coordinating with multiple departments and teams to ensure wider sales objectives and performance goals are met.* Delivering exceptional service and being at the forefront of owning and fixing client issues and challenges.* Proactively establishing professional and productive relationships with stakeholders in client accounts.* Ensuring client invoices are understood, reconcile to requirements and when disputed work with the AR Team and client to resolve.* Assessing, clarifying, and validating customer requirements, needs, and goals on a consistent basis.* Managing new client onboarding, training and support.**About You:**The key areas we will be looking for evidence of continued exposure, ability and success include:* To be a good fit for the role, you should have the following skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications* High Energy* Proactive and motivated to go above and beyond to keep customers happy* A problem-solving mentality* Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and comfortable presenting and speaking to senior-level executives* Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts and accounts simultaneously* Proven experience developing creative solutions to clients’ out of the ordinary problems.* Leadership skills with an empathetic approach – our success is based on our clients’ success so you must be ready to drop everything at a moment’s notice to help.* Prior experience in Account Management* Legal background preferred* You will be – or will become – an expert in the Thomson Reuters suite of products and processes#LI-KL1* **Hybrid Work Model:** We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.* **Flexibility & Work-Life Balance:** Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
