About the Role

This role will be based in London, United Kingdom. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Strategic Growth leads, Sales, and the cross‑functional Events team to ensure successful program management of Live campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign planning, setup, and execution, ensuring all operational and logistical details are properly managed.
  • Work in tandem with managed services team and technical operations teams to QA campaign and technical operations in advance of launch to ensure all deliverables and quality standards are met.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop media plans, monitor performance, and report insights to align with client goals and event strategy, while ensuring successful event execution.
  • Partner with internal cross‑functional teams to build out new Go‑to‑Market strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous program management and operational improvement by refining workflows and sharing insights across teams.
  • Partner with Strategic Growth leads in long‑term Events strategy plans.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, client account management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years experience in event strategy, digital event activation and/or digital event ecosystem.
  • 6+ years of experience presenting and pitching strategies and ideas to senior‑level marketers and executives, including CMOs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of media planning, campaign optimization, and post‑sales operations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage many projects simultaneously.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations and guide long‑term events strategy.
  • Desire to leverage agentic AI to streamline workflows and gain efficiencies.
  • An understanding of LinkedIn’s event product ecosystem, as well as deep subject matter expertise in the broader social media and digital advertising landscape.
  • Experience leading and managing sales and/or client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact across engagements.
  • Experience influencing sales team members through strategic counsel and cross‑functional collaboration, helping to drive client success and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in sales quota‑carrying roles.
