Strategic Indirect Procurement Buyer - Role Responsibilities:

As Strategic Procurement Buyer, you\'ll lead end-to-end sourcing activity, own key supplier relationships, and play a vital role in commercial negotiations that support group-wide objectives from cost optimisation to ESG outcomes. Working in close partnership with senior stakeholders you\'ll help deliver measurable value, manage risk, and improve supplier performance.

Strategic Indirect Procurement Buyer - Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in indirect procurement within Professional Services, IT, Technology, HR, Travel, FM or Corporate Services categories.
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end sourcing activities, from market analysis and supplier selection to tendering and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of strategic procurement principles, with a track record of delivering value through data-driven decision-making.
  • Confident negotiator with working knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements
  • Skilled at managing supplier relationships and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business areas.
  • Excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Commercially savvy, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and value creation.
  • Resilient, agile, and proactive - thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments where innovation and transformation are key.
