RAW London is looking for an ambitious and creative mid weight Strategist. This is a rare opportunity to join a bold, award-winning social impact creative agency that exists to create daring campaigns that matter.

As strategist, you’ll support the strategic direction across some of the most exciting and meaningful charity and social change campaigns in the UK and beyond. From developing sharp audience insights and strategic propositions to shaping briefs and inspiring breakthrough creative, this role sits at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone with a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery, who is just as comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders as they are rolling up their sleeves to write a cracking creative brief. You’ll work closely with our lead strategists, creatives, and commercial and client services teams to develop and deliver strategic work that drives real-world impact.

At the heart of the role:

• Supporting strategy across client accounts, including developing campaign strategies, insight analysis, messaging platforms, and internal creative briefs under senior guidance
• Contributing to campaign effectiveness measurement, analysing performance data and helping distill key learnings to improve future work
• Supporting new business development efforts by contributing insight-led strategic thinking to pitches and helping develop bold creative ideas
• Building collaborative relationships with clients and their partners to understand goals, challenges and opportunities while supporting senior strategists in stakeholder management
• Working in close partnership with the Creative team to help shape standout creative ideas that change perceptions and inspire action, ensuring strategic alignment throughout development

Could this be you?:

• We’re keen to hear from those with experience in a strategy, marketing or fundraising role within the third sector (agency experience is a plus, but not essential!)
• An excellent communicator and relationship-builder with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
• Highly skilled in turning insight and data into inspiring, single-minded strategic direction
• Excited about working with creative teams to bring ideas to life
• Confident presenting to clients, facilitating workshops and making a case for bold ideas
• Passionate about purpose-driven work and the role creativity can play in social change
