Strategy and FP&A Analyst/Associate
3 Days Old
Hello, we’re Starling. We built a new kind of bank because we knew technology had the power to help people save, spend and manage their money in a new and transformative way. We’re a fully licensed UK bank with the culture and spirit of a fast-moving, disruptive tech company. We’re a bank, but better: fairer, easier to use and designed to demystify money for everyone. We employ more than 3,000 people across our London, Southampton, Cardiff and Manchester offices.
Starling Bank has seen exceptional growth and success, and a large part of that is down to the fact that we have built our own modern technology from the ground up. We have now made our technology available to other banks all around the world, through our Engine by Starling business, enabling them to benefit from the innovative digital features, and efficient back-office processes that has helped achieve Starling's success.
We are now looking to offer an exciting role that puts you in the core at the Group’s strategic decision making. You’ll be working on critical corporate projects that take the business forward while working closely with senior stakeholders such as the Group CEO and Group CFO.
To support the wider growth and strategic objectives of the business, we are looking for a Strategy Analyst/Associate who will be focused on detailed financial and market analysis to support strategic reviews and special projects across Strategy, Corporate Development and Finance, such as new ventures, capital/debt raising and M&A. You will work closely with the Starling leadership team, including the CEO/founder and CFO. This role would offer you the unique experience of working at the top level and seeing the inner workings of one of the most exciting FinTechs.
