Overview
Strategic Operations Manager – Online Food Delivery Platform
We’re looking for a highly commercial, strategic thinker to help scale our merchant operations and strengthen our value proposition for restaurant merchants.
What you’ll do:
- Manage internal and external partnerships and lead cross-functional projects
- Use data & performance metrics to deliver insights, models, dashboards, and prioritisation guidance.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years commercial experience (strategy, ops, consulting) in fast-paced tech, FMCG, or marketplaces.
- Strong ownership mindset with experience building clear roadmaps, OKRs & playbooks.
- Analytical proficiency in Excel modelling and basic understanding of SQL
Details:
- Hybrid: 3 days (HQ central London)
- Contract: 6 months
