About the opportunity…

You’ll work on a fascinating array of diverse projects spanning industries and countries.You’ll help us unearth hidden insights, build brand vision & strategy, and transform the way our clients think and act.Together, we’ll help them deeply understand and meet the needs of their consumers and customers to achieve their business goals.

Had you been with us in the past, you’d have helped us:

• Interview jobseekers in key global markets to understand the fascinating, contradictory dynamics of the post-pandemic job market
• Reposition the world’s funkiest super-premium gin brand against a new consumer target – leveraging its key assets around a new mindset and occasion.
• Meet with heroin users in prison to discuss their battles with hepatitis C, resulting in a brand strategy aimed at ridding the world of this virus.
• Enlighten a major UK music festival about what visitors really want from their experience – from planning to rebooking
• Create the AI Assistant proposition for a leading financial software provider
• Work out what’s not working with package holidays, and how to make them magic again
• Design transformational training programmes for our clients, on hot topics such as insight, sustainability, how brands grow, and how to be more strategic

About the offer…

• Full time, 5 days a week
• Hybrid remote + face-to-face role.You should live within 60 min commute from central London.We work primarily from home, but often co-locate in hired meeting spaces

About you…

We’re looking for a creative, confident, self-starter, who can instinctively pull rich insight from what people say and do – and turn it into inspired strategic recommendations.

Today, you might be at a qualitative research company, or in the insight arm of a strategic consultancy and want to experience working for a smaller, more entrepreneurial firm.

And this describes your experience:

• 5+ years of agency or consultancy experience (less than that, we can’t consider your application, unfortunately)
• Designing and conducting projects and qualitative research first-hand
• Using insight to recommend strategic direction for clients
• Writing proposals and winning work
• Experience using AI tools in secure, client-appropriate ways to accelerate the process of strategic consulting
