Manpower is currently seeking a Strategy & Growth Manager to work with our global FMCG client Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as V05, TIGI, Timotei and Impulse, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.

The position is based in Holborn, London. This is a full-time role Until 30/04/2026, requiring 37.5 hours per week, to start ASAP, Monday-Friday. Compensation for this role is paying between up to £73,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.

There will be a requirement to work onsite 3 days per week for as long as the business permits (Role currently offers a mix of remote & onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements)

Position Overview

As a Strategy & Growth Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our brands through in-depth analysis and setting the commercial strategies and implementation tactics. Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners, you’ll help analyse data, generate insights, and coordinate initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, looking to apply their experience within the beauty or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support & Planning: Support the development and implementation of growth strategies and commercial plans based on data and trends.
  • Market Insights & Data Analysis: Conduct market, category, and competitor analysis to help inform strategic decisions. Interpret sales and performance data to generate actionable insights. Support insight generation from consumer and customer feedback.
  • Customer-Focused Commercial Support: Work alongside customer-facing teams to provide support during range reviews and commercial presentations. Assist in preparing data-driven trade stories and support in retailer activation planning. Help assess pricing and promotional performance through ongoing market review.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure aligned execution of projects. Provide project support for product launches, commercial campaigns, and internal initiatives. Help coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables for key cross-functional workstreams.
  • Operational & Performance Monitoring: Support tracking of performance metrics and strategic initiatives. Assist in managing internal reporting processes and presentations for senior leadership. Contribute to operational processes such as S&OP and risk & opportunity assessments.
  • Activation Support: Help coordinate shopper marketing activities across online and in-store touchpoints. Liaise with external partners (e.g. field sales, production agencies) to support campaign delivery. Assist in the execution of planogram and POS strategies within core categories like fragrance and styling.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in commercial, business development, or strategy roles within FMCG, health & beauty, or retail sectors.
  • Experience interpreting market trends, commercial data, and supporting cross-functional projects.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to turn data into insights and actionable plans.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong coordination and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, agile environment.
