To lead strategic consulting projects and deliver actionable insights that support client decision-making and long-term growth.

The role:

Manage projects independently and lead small teams Conduct primary research and strategic analysis to inform decision-making Present recommendations to clients and facilitate workshops Act as a key point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for engagement Provide operational support and structure for complex problem-solving Actively contribute to internal innovation in methods, tools, and practices

Candidate's Profile

Fluency in German and English is essential Experience in a strategy consulting or a strategic corporate role Master’s degree required; MBA or technical background preferred Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of MVPs and Lean Testing Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven Open to international travel
