Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Student Data & Business Intelligence Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting student data to support strategic decision-making. Working as part of a small data team, they will also be responsible for the statutory HESA/OfS returns (training will be provided). Key tasks include data modeling, creating dashboards, using business intelligence tools, and conducting business analysis.

Qualifications or experience

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Data Modeling
• Proficiency with SSRS, Dashboard creation and Business Intelligence Tool
• Experience administering Student Records Systems (ideally UNIT-e)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Experience in further/higher education or a related sector
