As part of the Student Hub body the Student Engagement Officer is the first point of contact for students seeking advice and information. They will work as an embedded and fully collaborative member of the Student Hub and Wellbeing Team, the post-holder will provide effective, professional guidance, advice and signposting to students. Providing appropriate guidance in a range of areas including enrolment and registration, financial support, disability and wellbeing concerns, course-related enquiries, and general administrative matters, making onward referral to other parts of the Directorate, Schools or University as appropriate.

Job Purpose
