Join to apply for the Student Recruitment Officer role at The University of Law.
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Student Recruitment Officer to join our Domestic Student Recruitment team at our London campuses. This is a hybrid role; you’ll travel within your allocated region visiting schools, colleges and universities and representing ULaw at events, with time spent on our London campuses and from home.
Are you passionate about education and inspiring future students? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys presenting, building relationships, and organising engaging events that make a real difference to young people’s futures.
About the role
As a Student Recruitment Officer, you’ll support the London Student Recruitment Manager in delivering an outreach and recruitment programme to raise awareness of our courses. You’ll be the face of ULaw at schools, colleges, open days and careers fairs, delivering presentations and workshops to help students explore their options. You’ll also help run on-campus and virtual events to support students through their journey from enquiry to enrolment. Your work will contribute to achieving our student recruitment targets.
Responsibilities
- Organise and deliver 150+ outreach events each year across your region
- Build strong, lasting relationships with schools, colleges and advisors
- Inspire students and parents through interactive talks and tailored events
- Support our student ambassador programme
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve our activities
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
- Confident and engaging presenter with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, with experience running events or outreach activities
- Able to build positive relationships with schools, colleges and stakeholders
- Comfortable working towards targets and using data to track progress
- Experience in student recruitment, education, or working with young people is an advantage; knowledge of the UK education system is preferred
