$190,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr

A reputable multi-strategy hedge fund is seeking a Quantitative Macro Sub-PM to join its Dubai office.

We're recruiting for a senior PM who is actively scaling capital and expanding their pod. This role offers a high-impact runway for a risk taker with strong academic rigor and hands-on market experience to step into a capital-backed mandate.

What You’ll Work On:

• Research and develop systematic signals in rates and macro markets (rates, FX, commodities, sovereigns)
• Deploy Bayesian statistics, time series analysis, and robust econometric frameworks to uncover structural inefficiencies
• Calibrate execution models (e.g., market impact, slippage) with access to real-time data and simulation environments
• Collaborate with the senior PM on portfolio design and trading architecture
• Take increasing ownership of model performance, vol target management, and driving PnL— leading toward full sub-sleeve autonomy

What You Bring:

• 2–6 years’ direct experience as a QR/Trader in a top-tier quantitative trading firm
• PhD or advanced STEM degree (Physics, Stats, Applied Math); strong Python/C++ capability
• Practical experience in intraday or mid-frequency macro/futures/FX research
• Familiarity with Bayesian modelling, high-performance computing, and empirical strategy implementation
• Hunger to own a strategy, manage a live book, and grow into a fully independent PM
