Succession Planning and Talent Management Lead

This is a Fixed Term/Secondment position until 01/09/2026. If you are a Hywel Dda University Health Board employee applying as a secondment, permission from your current manager is required prior to application. This role is hybrid, involving both home and office work. The office is located in Carmarthen, and presence is required 3 days a week. A full job description and person specification are attached in the supporting documents.
