Purpose of the Job

Deliver the new communication and engagement strategy in key countries and lead key innovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand and Beauty Crafters team to sustain brand growth.
• Lead core and future core innovation projects.
• Drive brand transformation with a unified brand world.
• Execute communication and engagement activities across digital, social, and media.
• Build an engagement platform and create content that enables precision marketing.
• Collaborate with agencies to develop creative assets.
• Design holistic brand experiences and develop repeatable communication models.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• 10+ years in Marketing with experience in Beauty/Premium & social‑first brands.
• Consumer obsession, aesthetic sense, analytical rigor.
• Strong eye for beauty and deep understanding of media landscape.
• Global brand experience, especially LATAM and Asia.
• Experience designing storytelling brand engagement experiences.
• Leadership and creative work experience.

Location

Based in 100 Victoria Embankment, London, with hybrid working options.
