This is an office-based role with a hybrid setup: four days per week in our Hammersmith, London office, and one day remote.

Job Summary

The Business Operations function includes strategic solution design, planning/program management, execution of major initiatives, reporting, business intelligence, and processes to help Disney grow and operate streaming services efficiently. The Partner Operations team executes direct-to-consumer promotional offers globally across external partnerships and campaigns that support Disney+ growth and profitability. The EMEA Partner Operations Associate Manager will work with the Sr Manager, Partner Operations on end-to-end management of promotions and partnerships in EMEA, handling operational tasks such as copy and creative asset management, legal approval requests, and maintenance of briefs and trackers for campaigns in execution.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business teams across EMEA to support launches of partnerships and promotional initiatives.
  • Independently manage Partnership Campaign projects by leading operational meetings, planning and executing tasks, determining launch readiness and mitigating launch risks.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders (Marketing, Marketing Operations, Commerce Operations, Product, Customer Service, Legal) to support initiatives.
  • Craft Partner Ops runbooks and process documents for redemption-based partnerships.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for new promo offers and Disney+ capabilities in EMEA.
  • Plan and manage projects including resource planning, project plans, progress tracking and milestones.
  • Implement and document business processes focusing on operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain documentation to minimize operational risks; implement launch readiness measures for partnerships and offers.
  • Provide consultative support as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders to support initiative outcomes.
  • Collaborate across regional teams to support the pipeline of partnerships and determine regional prioritization.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years work experience
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communications skills
  • High proficiency in Google Office Suite, particularly Google Slides; ability to create professional data visualizations
  • Ability to work internationally across time zones with a mindset towards global scalability
  • Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and a global network of partners
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; supporting new products and businesses
  • Local to London and able to work in office up to 4 days per week; flexible for critical launch events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital subscription business or entertainment industry
  • Experience with project management tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana
