Supply Chain Business Analyst

New Today

Overview

Supply Chain Business Analyst | Retail | Hybrid | 3 Months | Outside IR35 | £400 - £450 per day

Peaple Talent have partnered with a retailer who are in the middle of a D365 F&O rollout, with the first phase already underway. As they transition from their legacy system, they are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to help shape and guide best practice in supply chain and logistics.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, and their development teams - reviewing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring the solution aligns with business needs.

We’re particularly interested in experience with WMS/3PL integrations and a solid background in production and logistics processes. Ideally, you’ll bring both ERP implementation expertise and a view of what ‘good’ looks like—covering everything from purchase order set-up, WH processes, goods transfers, conformity documents, through to process optimisation.

Hybrid working 2 days on site in West London.

Responsibilities

  • Support data-driven decision making for inventory, production, warehousing, and logistics processes.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations (demand planning, production, warehousing, logistics).
  • Hands-on ERP experience (D365 preferred, Tier II+ ERP required).
  • Exposure to WMS and 3PL integrations.
  • Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, driving adoption and best practice.
