We seek experienced Supply Chain experts, preferably from oil & gas or similar heavy industries, with a strong interest in technology. The role demands excellent communication and project planning skills, as you will help our customers define and prioritize their needs to maximize value from deploying our VOR platform.
What you will be doing
As a Supply Chain Domain Expert, you will be instrumental in managing our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your heavy industry supply chain experience to understand customer "wants" and identify underlying needs, translating these into actionable product development goals.
- Project Framing: Lead framing sessions with new customers, helping prioritize deployment to deliver value swiftly.
- Customer Advocacy: Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and advocate for their requirements within our product team.
- Proactive Support: Monitor usage patterns to anticipate needs and suggest improvements or new features proactively.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring continuous product improvement.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation and training materials to support customer success.
Helpful Skills and Experience
- Technical Background: Extensive experience in heavy industry supply chain management, with proficiency in platforms like SAP, Oracle SCM, JDA/Blue Yonder, and Infor.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills to extract insights from customer interactions and inform product decisions.
