Responsibilities

  • Leading a small team of admin staff, managing workflow and performance
  • Handling queries and escalations across departments and sales teams
  • Overseeing order processing, dispatch coordination, and documentation
  • Working closely with couriers and managing complex customer orders
  • Supporting export processes and ensuring compliance with shipping requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse admin, or order processing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing people and coaching team members
  • High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Export knowledge is a big plus
