Supply Chain & Logistics Planner - 4-Day Working Week

Loom Talent are exclusively supporting an exciting business with the appointment of a Supply Chain & Logistics Planner in Weybridge.

In this dynamic role you will help manage purchasing, inventory, and inbound logistics across the global supply chain. You'll play a key role in ensuring product availability and supporting sales targets.

What you'll do:

• Raise and manage POs in the ERP system

• Liaise with suppliers and freight partners in the UK, EU & Far East

• Monitor stock levels, mitigate shortages & track deliveries

• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses and ensure smooth inbound operations

• Generate reports, support forecasting, and help improve supply chain processes

What we're looking for:

• 3-5+ years in a supply chain or logistics role

• ERP & Excel proficiency; confident managing data and reports

• Excellent communication, attention to detail & problem-solving skills

• Experience with global logistics and supplier negotiation
