Job Title: Supply Chain Manager - Capability & Demand Planning

Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £56,000 + depending on experience

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the Workstream lead with oversight of all supplier enablement projects and ensuring alignment with overall BCCR (Capability, Capacity and Resilience) solution
  • Own and maintain programme schedules, tracking dependences, risks, costs and opportunities
  • Design & deliver clear reporting programme and management information at project & programme level – using data and visuals to guide decision making
  • Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders on capability requirements and delivery timescales
  • Support development of new supplier projects through forward supplier analysis
  • Line management responsibility for a small team (1-2 staff)

Your skills and experiences

  • Proven experience in a supply chain, project controls or programme management role in a complex environment
  • Strong data manipulation and reporting skills, ability to present insights clearly
  • Stakeholder management at senior level – influencing and driving data-led decision making
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment

The BCCR Supply Chain team

The BCCR Supply Chain team are shaping capability, capacity and resilience for future programmes. You'll influence how we work, develop leadership skills and create insights to inform senior level decision making on this high-impact project.
