Role Description

This full-time role of Supply Chain Operations Manager is a hybrid position based in Erith, with some flexibility for work from home. The Supply Chain Operations Manager will oversee daily supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships. Responsibilities also include optimising processes, managing budgets, ensuring timely deliveries, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. Experience in Injection Moulding would be an excellent benefit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics
• Strong skills in inventory management, forecasting, and planning
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency with supply chain software and tools
• Ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and optimise processes
• Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as required
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
