Supply Planning Manager - FMCG Drinks
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + Bonus + Share Options + Benefits
Location: Central London (Hybrid 3 days a week in the office)

The Role:
As they scale across new markets and continue disrupting their premium drinks category, they’re looking for a Supply Planning Manager to take full ownership of their end-to-end supply planning function. This is a rare opportunity to shape the operational engine behind one of the most talked-about brands in modern F&B.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic and day-to-day execution of supply planning across a multi-site network – balancing availability, stock health, and cost.
- Lead, manage and develop a growing team of Supply Planners.
- Build high-impact, collaborative relationships with world-class suppliers across production, packaging, and logistics.
- Champion best-in-class S&OP processes and tools to support rapid innovation and agile campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement across key metrics like OTIF, inbound quality, COGS and inventory health.
- Partner closely with internal teams such as Finance and Sustainability to drive data-led decisions that align with the brand’s values and growth ambitions.
- Develop a supply planning function (data, systems and processes) that creates the environment for the business to grow and deliver best in class collaboration internally and externally.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must have supply planning experience in FMCG food or drink.
- People management experience.
- Excited by the idea of building and leading a team in a fast-paced, mission-led environment.
- A sharp eye for detail but love seeing the bigger picture.
- Can translate complexity into clarity and act as a calm, trusted operator.
- Energised by working cross-functionally – from ops to finance to NPD and beyond.
- A problem-solver who enjoys making things better, whether that’s processes, planning cycles, or supplier relationships.
- Strong influencing skills
- A natural relationship builder - developing truly collaborative partnerships with suppliers and able to understand challenges from their perspective and add real value.
