About The Role

This role will own the deployment of all S4 HANA solutions, integrations and capability solutions across Diageo’s regions and markets globally, working with all functions to define and implement the delivery & rollout roadmap. Partnering closely with the Business Sponsor, the D&T and Systems Integrator to complete this roadmap, delivering a successful global Business Transformation. This will include ensuring all technology integrations and S4 solutions land optimally through various phases of the program.

Role Responsibilities

  • Hold full end-to-end accountability for the successful rollout of the Voyager program across all global Supply Chain & Procurement regions, categories, and functions, collaborating closely with the business and broader deployment team.
  • Develop and define deployment strategies, methodologies, and detailed plans.
  • Supervise deployment activities, including scoping of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage UAT execution to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead ongoing communication with senior stakeholders, including Supply Chain & Procurement Steer Committees, using engagement strategies to influence and align leadership.
  • Build and implement communication strategies for Supply Chain & Procurement users and stakeholders at all levels to drive awareness, understanding, and sponsorship of the Voyager program.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships across global, hub, and site levels to ensure alignment among stakeholder groups within the program and the broader business.
  • Ensure the Change Management approach is fit for purpose and effectively executed to deliver the change agenda; embed change across regions by building local ownership and an engaged Change Network.
  • Develop the Supply Chain & Procurement training strategy; supervise training deployment and ensure global content is adapted locally where needed.
  • Monitor change and training effectiveness, address risks and resistance to ensure adoption.
  • Build and maintain value-driving relationships across the organisation to support the transformation program.
  • Align with global strategies and priorities across regions and functions; actively challenge and inform business decisions.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team with clear expectations, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration; provide mentorship and feedback to build capability and deliver results aligned with program objectives.

Experience

  • Degree in a relevant field (finance / accounting / business).
  • 12-15+ years’ management experience across Finance, Supply, Technology, and change experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
  • SAP HANA S4 experience advantageous.
