AbouttheRole

You'llberesponsibleforcoordinatingsurveyingoperations,ensuringtechnicalcompliance,andmanagingkeystakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities

• Coordinateandmanageon-sitesurveyingworks,ensuringcompliancewithtechnicalspecificationsandH&Sregulations.
• Liaisewithstakeholders,includingthird-partybuildingrepresentativesandprojectteams.
• Conductsiteinspectionsandsupportaccuratedatareportingandqualityassurance.
• Facilitatecommunicationacrossmultidisciplinaryteamsinahybridworkingenvironment.

RequiredQualificationsandExperience

• 8+yearsofexperienceinsurveyingorinfrastructureprojects,withatleast5yearsintheUK.
• Provenexperienceinrail/ high-speed construction projects.
• DegreeinSurveying,Engineering,orrelatedfield.
• FluentinEnglish(C1levelminimum).
• ValidCSCScardisrequired.
• SMSTScertificationishighlyvalued.
• Familiaritywithconstruction/surveyingsoftwareisanadvantage.
