Surveyor/Senior Surveyor – Central London Property Asset Management – Up to £50k + Car Allowance

An opportunity has arisen for a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join a leading Property Management team within a major Property Consultancy, covering Central London assets. This is a London-based role with some flexibility to work from home. This role would suit anyone looking to gain more Asset Management knowledge and exposure.

Job Role:

• Manage Central London Trophy assets as part of a leading Property Management team
• Proactively manage tenant arrears and handle Tenant & Client Queries
• Draft, review, and approve service charge budgets
• Perform service charge reconciliations
• Conduct property inspections and liaise with the Building and Facilities Management team
• Prepare accurate client reports according to specifications
• Read and summarise leases, maintaining accurate data on property management systems
• Provide advanced reporting for critical lease events such as reviews, expiries, and break options
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients

Skills Required:

• MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
• 2-3 years’ experience in all aspects of property management
• Experience across commercial asset classes; experience with Trophy Assets is advantageous
• Financial and commercial acumen with strong planning, budgeting, and operational reporting skills
• Willingness to develop knowledge in asset management
• Good understanding of building-related health and safety
