This role sits in the Responsible Business team within Corporate Affairs, working in close partnership with other communications and operational teams across the business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how GSK communicates its sustainability and AMR initiatives, engaging internal and external audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, engaging, and inclusive messaging and drive change through storytelling in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will

  • Deliver communication plans that showcase GSK’s sustainability and AMR efforts.

  • Create engaging content for internal and external channels, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and inclusivity.

  • Partner with sustainability and AMR teams to translate complex topics into relatable messages.

  • Manage events, campaigns, and initiatives that amplify GSK’s leadership in sustainability and AMR.

  • Monitor and measure the impact of communication strategies, using insights to improve engagement.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with key external partners to align messaging and priorities.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Proven experience in corporate communications, with an interest in sustainability, and/or public health.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • Experience managing communication campaigns and events.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Sustainability, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of sustainability and AMR challenges and solutions.

  • Experience working in the healthcare sector, global organisation or matrixed environment.

  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for communication.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring communication impact.

Work Location

This role is based in the United Kingdom and follows a hybrid working model, combining remote and in-office work.
