We are looking for a passionate and proactive Human Rights & Sustainability Manager to help drive meaningful change across our supply chains in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This is a fixed-term opportunity to cover maternity leave and step into a high-impact role.
What you'll do
- Lead human rights assessments and due diligence across diverse industries and geographies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to elevate human rights, health & safety, and sustainability standards.
- Establish and manage whistleblowing channels in key EMEA territories.
- Project manage the integration of enhanced due diligence and best practices into core business processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing on human rights and sustainability.
- Design and deliver impactful training for colleagues and suppliers.
- Stay ahead of global sustainability standards, legislation, and emerging best practices.
- Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Represent Sky in trade associations and multistakeholder forums on human rights.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Human Rights Risk Register & Scorecard.
- Help implement monitoring tools and IT solutions to track progress and compliance.
What you'll bring
- Experience in human rights due diligence, or ethical supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of emerging UK and European legislation on human rights and sustainability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work with a wide range of external stakeholders.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for responsible business.
- Excellent communication and training delivery capabilities.
