Sustainability Consultant / BREEAM Assessor

Location: Nottingham – Hybrid available

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

An established and reputable building and sustainability consultancy is looking to hire a licensed BREEAM Assessor with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will become an essential part of the team, supporting developers in overcoming current construction obstacles and achieving sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities:

1. Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to help them achieve their sustainability goals.
2. Conduct and lead BREEAM assessments from conception to post-construction.
3. Review evidence and submissions for BREEAM certification.
4. Stay informed on the latest sustainability and BREEAM legislation.

What we’re looking for:

• A licensed BREEAM Assessor.
• At least two years of experience conducting BREEAM assessments.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of HQM, Fitwel, and BREEAM Communities is beneficial.
• A degree or relevant qualifications in a related field.
• A full UK driving license.
