Overview

prioritisationgent requirement for a Sustainability Project Manager who either holds SC clearance or is eligible to go through SC clearance. This role is responsible for the selection and prioritization of sustainability projects for a Global Maintenance programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify sustainability project opportunities from the FMR and Decarbonomics Report to support carbon reduction and energy management improvements across the international platform.
  • Provide professional Building Services assessment and prioritisation for all sustainability opportunities to realise cost savings and carbon reduction across the Global Estate
  • Provide SME guidance to Delivery Managers on the delivery of sustainability construction and improvement projects and work packages.
  • Collaborate on supply chain and product selection to achieve energy savings, return on investment and reducing emissions taking a whole life-cycle approach
  • Establish centre of excellence resource materials for use in delivery teams to ensure sustainability is considered and applied in scoping, design, procurement, construction and maintenance of project works
  • Package for regional delivery teams, and/or manage the construction project requirements to time, budget and quality, ensuring compliance with the governance model and that all projects are delivered in line with the wider governance framework
  • Perform internal and external stakeholder mapping, communications strategy and communications planning

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Project Management qualification (APMP, PMI. PMP or equivalent)
  • Experience of delivering construction projects end to end
  • Experience of energy and carbon management
  • Specific domain understanding and experience of operation, maintenance and deployment, using NEC3/4, GC works and FIDIC contracts and documentation in procuring in construction
  • H&S knowledge and experience in construction and CDM2015 regulations
