Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Accountant to join the Finance Operations Function within the wider Accounts Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and processes to ensure financial data is captured and processed efficiently and the full functionality of tools available is maximised to enable informed reporting to the business.
• Ensure systems and processes are designed to comply with accounting standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience in a systems-based or other senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and demonstrable technological proficiency.
• Very strong communication skills with experience of working with software developers/suppliers are essential and the ability to coach and train colleagues through clear and engaging presentations and demonstrations.
