Responsibilities
Spearhead the development and optimisation of business processes using appropriate technology solutions including AI, process automation and data analytics.
Deliver impactful upgrades and improvements to applications and systems, using recognised project management methodologies.
Champion the use of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot AI to unlock smarter ways of working.
Analyse data, identify trends, and drive service excellence across Kent.
Deliver bespoke training and collaborate with stakeholders to shape the future of our services.
Regularly work with our services at offices across Kent for hands‑on impact.
Qualifications & Attributes
Proven experience managing and developing IT systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and making a real difference.
Strong project management credentials and the ability to motivate and train others.
A collaborative, curious, and compassionate approach aligned with Kent's values.

Full‑time role offered as flexible/hybrid working with a mix of working from the office and from home.
The office base will be at Sessions House, Maidstone, with regular travel to service offices across Kent.
