This role is essential for maintaining a high-quality service for both our customers and operational teams. This includes Customer Briefs, system policing, enquiries, customer/operational queries, and ensuring all are completed to a high standard.Key responsibilitiesIdentify system issues and improvements, providing valuable input for current and future development of the Radius system, Sales Control System, and Lifecycle Portal. Monitor these systems, detect any anomalies, and aim to amend or escalate them.Maintain the existing database of MPNs, ensuring the integrity of data provided by CNET, correcting any inaccuracies, and creating any manual MPNs accurately and efficiently.Assist in creating customer briefs, ensuring they are updated and maintained correctly including Excel reporting tools.To actively drive the SLA process by notifying the relevant heads of departments within the operation of customer stock falling out of agreed SLA’s.Analyse system trends with the aim of identifying potential operational issues with particular emphasis on process improvement.To process all customer units within agreed OLA’s/SLA’s, with focus on attention to detail while ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met.Achieve key performance indicators and targets, thereby ensuring the maximum productivity of the facility, whilst maintaining efficiency and quality.To undertake any training programs in regard to all processes and procedures, thereby ensuring total compliance to all relevant company policies such as (but not limited to) Health and Safety, Safe Systems of Work and the Traffic Management Plan.Ensure a high level of security awareness is maintained.To undertake any other duties commensurate with the position (including specific project activity and covering for absence from the overall Recyclea team) to maintain overall departmental effectiveness.To project a pro-active and positive attitude when communicating with external/internal customers. To maintain a friendly, professional service always.Skills and experienceDemonstrable experience in a similar role or a highly motivated and adaptable individual who can be suitably upskilledEffective communicator to support team members and wider business teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SQL; HTML would be advantageousPossess the demonstrable ability to support financial processes to include invoicing, billing and query resolution.Possess the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner, often against deadlines.Must be able to obtain the Government and/or Police Security levels required in order to meet the operational requirements of the role (no caveats) and as per the requirements stipulated in relevant customer contractsAbout UsSCC is Europe\'s largest privately-owned IT business, based out of the new £7m HQ office in Birmingham and we help clients succeed through IT transformation and exceptional customer experiences.
