Are you passionate about supporting recruitment operations and driving process excellence? My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a temporary 3 months basis to join their team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support across the full recruitment cycle, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.
  • Mentor temporary staff and interns to enhance team capability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage vendor relationships and external partnerships.
  • Support audit and compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with risk and audit standards.
  • Deliver timely and personalised support for talent management system issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement by consolidating and implementing process enhancements.
  • Audit recruitment files and ensure data accuracy.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to consistent process application across the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Some relevant experience in recruitment operations or HR support.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Secondary school certification or equivalent.
