This role will involve managing International contract creation and process review, and contributing to projects and process optimisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment administration, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for improving HR processes. **Key Responsibilities:****European / International Contracts:*** Working alongside the TA Leads to manage the end-to-end process for drafting International contracts* Ensure compliance with International / European employment laws and regulations.* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR systems with accurate candidate and New Joiner information.* Build and maintain a series of process maps and guides on / International especially European hiring, as well as keeping offer documentation up to date for applicable countries. **Projects and Process Optimisation:*** Assist the wider TA team in HR group projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and overall HR efficiency, as well as ad-hoc recruitment support.* Analyse current recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.* Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and best practices.* Collaborate with the wider HR Centres of Expertise (COEs) to streamline HR processes and enhance the candidate experience.* Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. **Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with an understanding of International ( ideally European markets).* Knowledge of International / European employment laws and regulations.* Proven experience in process optimisation and project management.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in using Workday and other HR software.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A career that you define.
