We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-orientedTalent Acquisition Coordinatorto join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll support theCorporate Functionsrecruitment team with the full recruitment lifecycle from scheduling interviews and managing feedback to keeping processes running smoothly.
Your work will be key to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for every candidate and hiring manager. Within role, you’ll also provide support with our confidential hiring ensuring a smooth recruitment journey with a high-level of professionalism.

What will I be doing?
- Build strong relationships with candidates, internal teams and stakeholders across the business through clear, authentic communication.
- Coordinate interviews and provide support on recruitment queries and interview guidance.
- Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers supporting their recruitment strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate and up to date processes/records on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update recruitment trackers for data reporting.
- Monitor our shared Talent Acquisition mailbox and share/respond to queries efficiently.
- Support the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent & Learning with confidential hiring with professionalism as well as support senior leaders with ad-hoc requests and reporting including managing the Purchase Order (PO) process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing from initiation to completion.
- Be a champion for our systems and tools including the utilisation of AI within recruitment. Support with transformative changes and improvements across our processes.
What do I need?
- Understands recruitment processes and employment regulations, with the discretion to handle sensitive information and support confidential hiring activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear reports and presentations; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, including internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate records, communications, and reporting, alongside clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrates initiative and a continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking ways to enhance processes and improve the candidate and stakeholder experience.
