About the Role
Looking to take your recruitment career to the next level? We’re working with a global Law Firm that’s serious about people. Their HR and Talent team is growing, and they’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help deliver a top-tier candidate experience and support recruitment operations across the board. To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within a law firm as at HR assistant or within the recruitment team.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. From managing interviews and drafting offers to researching top talent and supporting new campaigns, you’ll be right at the heart of how this business finds and hires the best.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment Coordination & Admin
- Organise interviews, book meetings, coordinate diaries and support hiring managers at all levels
- Handle travel, assessments, and all the finer details to make sure the process runs like clockwork
- Communicate directly with candidates, agencies, and internal teams to keep everything moving smoothly
- Draft offer letters, manage candidate paperwork, and keep internal systems tidy and up to date
- Post job adverts, manage the recruitment inbox and calendar, and track feedback via the ATS
- Prepare reports and visuals for team meetings (don’t worry, there’s a template!)
- Help with onboarding tasks, process invoices, track budgets and update recruitment content
Candidate Research & Sourcing
- Support the team in finding great candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and market mapping
- Build talent pools for future roles and help keep the pipeline warm
- Screen CVs, review speculative applications, and bring top profiles to the table
Who You Are
You’re someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You’ve got an eye for detail, a knack for juggling multiple tasks, and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
You’ll also bring:
- Some experience in a recruitment or HR support role (agency or in-house)
- A natural ability to stay organised and meet deadlines
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office – especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Bonus: you’ve used an ATS or recruitment system before
