Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Hybrid Working – London N3 / EC4M / Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35-hour week (Flexitime)
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Senior Manager

You’ll be joining our People & Culture team, a 12-person department. The People and Culture team supports the business by attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with strategic goals. Hi, I’m Caoimhe — I lead Talent Acquisition at BKL. We’re looking for someone who’s keen to learn, loves working with people, and wants to get hands-on with recruitment. You’ll help run campaigns, support candidates, and shape how we show up as an employer. It’s a busy, varied role with loads of opportunity to grow — and you’ll be part of a supportive, friendly team. How You’ll Make a Difference

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of scheduling interviews, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Source candidates directly using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Screen candidates against the role criteria and ensure they are a strong fit for BKL.
  • Maintain and update our LinkedIn presence, promoting roles and employer branding.
  • Oversee all trainee recruitment, including planning and executing assessment days.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback loops with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Keep the ATS updated and assist with recruitment reporting.
  • Promote the organisation as an employer of choice through events and initiatives.

You’ll Be Ideal for This Role If You Have

  • Recruitment agency experience.
  • An understanding of recruitment processes and direct sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A flexible day-to-day focus and happy to shift between changing business priorities.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
