Talent Acquisition Excellence Specialist – Global (London Hybrid)

We’re looking for a heavyweight TA Operations leader to be the right hand to the TA Excellence Lead in a global financial services organisation. This isn’t a maintenance role - it’s about leading major programs, driving operational governance, and delivering transformation across multiple regions. You’ll lead the team that makes talent acquisition smarter, faster, and more consistent at scale.

What you’ll do

• Drive large-scale TA operations, process optimisation, and tech transformation


• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions


• Lead senior TA specialists and partner with leadership globally


• Deliver complex, high-impact cross-regional projects

What we’re looking for

• 15–20 years’ career experience, now operating at a senior TA Ops / Excellence level


• Mix of in-house corporate and RPO/MSP experience highly desirable


• Track record in strategic TA transformation, vendor management, and operational leadership


• Financial services or regulated corporate background (global/multi-region)


• Proven leadership of large teams, vendors, and transformation programs


• Expertise in ATS/HRIS implementation and optimisation

Ideal Background

• RPO at a Head of EMEA or equivalent senior role
