Talent Acquisition OfficerLocation: Manchester, hybrid with 3 days in the Manchester (Northern Quarter) office. Base pay range up to £28k based on previous experience.Why Join Grayce? We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Officer to join the busy Talent Acquisition team who play a key role in finding the best emerging talent in the market.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience.Managing the careers calendar, scheduling interviews, responding to ad-hoc queries, incoming phone calls and emails.Impacting the candidate journey from initial screening, consistent communication, conducting first stage interviews and through to potential offer stage.Building pipelines for current and future demand by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand potential future business needs and address current gaps in the talent pool.Liaising with key stakeholders to understand specific technical requirements. Feeding back on strengths and gaps and implementing solutions to ensure the right candidates are put forward.Developing a strong understanding of Grayce's offering and development programmes alongside the recruitment cycle.Skills And CompetenciesRecruitment Experience: We are keen to hear from candidates with some recruitment experience.
