You'll be responsible for hiring brilliant people across our nurseries and central office - from early years educators to support staff - helping us deliver on our mission to change the world one child at a time.This is a delivery-led role where you'll manage vacancies, build trusted relationships with hiring managers, and create a candidate experience that reflects our values. You'll be proactive, creative and resilient - someone who knows how to find great talent and help it grow. You'll enjoy working in a high performing team and want to keep evolving how we do things.What you'll be doing…ResponsibilitiesOwn recruitment across your area - from vacancy approval to acceptBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment partnerProactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and outreachPartner with colleges, job centres and community organisations to attract talentRepresent LEYF at careers fairs and eventsEnsure we have compelling job adverts that reflect our mission and valuesScreen and shortlist candidates, support interviews and ensure fair, robust decisionsMaintain talent pools and support future hiring needsUse our ATS to manage vacancies and keep everything accurate and up to dateMonitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvementsCollaborate with our Recruitment Marketing team and wider colleaguesSupport hiring managers to be confident, inclusive assessorsContribute to a culture of learning, inclusion, fun and excellenceUsually our TA Officers work 2+ days on site (office, nursery or careers event) and hold 15-20 vacancies across their patchWhat we're looking forBe delivery-led, organised, proactive and results-drivenThrive in a fast-paced, mission-led environmentEnjoy building relationships and being in and around nurseriesKnow what great talent looks like - and how to find it for challenging rolesBe resilient and resourceful, especially with hard-to-fill rolesBe confident using digital tools and directly sourcing creativelyBe kind, collaborative and curious - with a passion for peopleBe trusted to deliver: You'll have ownership and space to build strong relationships and make great decisionsBe part of a high-performing, supportive teamFlexibility: Hybrid working and a warm, family-friendly cultureSave on childcare: 70% nursery discount for your children or grandchildrenRecharge properly: 26 days' holiday (including Christmas closure), plus your birthday off, and bank holidaysGood benefits: 7% employer pension, wellbeing support, discounts, and team eventsWe believe a diverse team makes us better - and we welcome you as you areHow to applyIf you're a recruitment professional who wants your work to matter, we'd love to hear from you.
