What is the job?

Talent Acquisition is the engine room of an organisation, the powerhouse behind building a thriving business that is a force to be reckoned with. You could be that person for Cineworld & Picturehouse!

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to attract, hire, and onboard the right talent for Cineworld & Picturehouse.

You will be part of the newly formed Talent Team, reporting to our Global Talent Acquisition Manager, James Smith, and working closely with the wider UK People Team.

What will you be doing?

• Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for all vacancies in Cineworld & Picturehouse CSOs, including admin tasks, sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a high standard of candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Supporting recruitment in cinemas for 'difficult to fill' roles, such as technical, niche, or hard-to-fill positions (e.g., Chefs, Projectionists, General Managers).
• Creating compelling job adverts to attract candidates and showcase our culture.
• Using data to monitor market trends and inform decision-making, providing insights to internal stakeholders.
• Supporting onboarding processes for new hires in Cineworld and Picturehouse CSOs.

About you

• Confident working autonomously, sourcing and attracting top talent while delivering a people-centric candidate experience.
• No specific industry experience required; comfortable recruiting across various business areas and adapting to fast-paced or laid-back situations.
• Enjoy analyzing data from each stage of recruitment to derive actionable insights.
