London (Hybrid: 4 days per week in the Victoria office, 1 day working from home)

The Job

1. You will be part of a recruitment team working cross-functionally and internationally to source candidates for a diverse range of vacancies.
2. Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other social networks
3. Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications
4. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviours.
5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods
6. Guide candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive candidate experience, irrespective of outcome.
7. Maintain candidates’ interest and engagement with Ebury, managing their expectations and negotiating at the offer stage.
8. Understand the team’s needs and requirements to find the best candidate for each open role
9. Network across the company building strong relationships with internal customers at all levels.
10. Diary management and interview bookings
11. Ensure accurate information is captured in our recruitment system (Greenhouse)

About You

1. A proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house/TA. Experience of volume recruitment is beneficial.
2. Experience in recruitment within Financial Services or Sales is beneficial.
3. Fluent English
4. Additional languages are an advantage
5. Highly organised and autonomous
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Highly service-oriented
