About The Role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of Plymouth Community Homes? We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition People Partner to lead and evolve our recruitment function, ensuring we attract and secure the very best talent.
You will lead and inspire our recruitment team to deliver a high-performing, people-first hiring experience by designing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with our organisational goals, values, and behaviours. You will champion the candidate journey, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and inclusive experience from the first contact. Building strong, credible relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners will be key to delivering a professional, business-aligned recruitment service.
Our Ideal Candidate For This Role Is Someone Who
- Has extensive in-house recruitment experience with a successful track record managing hiring campaigns across diverse organisational functions, including senior leadership and niche specialist roles.
- Has proven ability to design and lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, utilizing various assessment techniques to ensure optimal candidate selection.
- Has expertise in leveraging social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to proactively source talent and improve hiring outcomes.
- Has a solution-focused and innovative approach to recruitment challenges.
