We’re looking for a fabulous Talent Acquisition & Social Media Advisor to join our People team, on a 9-month fixed term contract, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to hire exceptional talent directly into Head Office through direct sourcing and an excellent candidate experience.

This is the ideal role for someone looking to take their first or second steps into a career within a People Team, or someone experienced who’s looking to develop either recruitment or social media skills within a fast-paced retailer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Help hiring managers recruit fantastic people
Supporting Managers to attract, select and offer candidates, including sourcing on Linkedin and Indeed.

· Giving candidates a brilliant experience
Making sure candidates get a brilliant recruitment experience, through timely communication and spot on organisation, using our recruitment software to make things easy and efficient.

· Promoting roles across social media
Creating engaging content that helps people understand what it’s like to work here and want to apply for jobs with us. You’ll have the creative freedom to drive job advert engagement across LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. You’ll also create content to keep our careers website fresh and exciting.

· Audience Insights & Content Strategy
Monitor social media sentiment and audience behaviour, using tools and trend data to inform content strategy and grow follower engagement.

· Social Media and Content Creation Expertise
Passionate about social media with hands-on experience in creative writing, photography, and using tools like Canva and Photoshop to produce compelling content.

· Strong Communication and Relationship Building
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.

· Detail-Oriented and Hands-On Approach
High attention to detail and accuracy, a proactive approach to learning and business engagement, and the flexibility to visit stores and warehouse regularly for content creation.
