Are you passionate about finding the right talent and creating a positive candidate experience? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you here at Tesco as our Professional Services Talent Acquisition Specialist.

In this role, you will, lead the end-to-end recruitment process for your designated function. Champion Tesco’s brand and values, ensuring every candidate has a memorable experience. Collaborate with Customer and People teams, applying your expertise to support their end to end recruitment needs.

Please Note: This is a 3 day a week job share Monday - Wednesday.

We are in search of an individual who has a track record in talent acquisition, to specifically recruit across our UK Office functions. Whether you come from an agency or an internal recruitment environment, we want to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate enjoys recruiting as well as getting involved in talent acquisition projects which add value to the hiring process, such as DE&I in hiring, exploring attraction channels, and different methods of sourcing candidates.

Previous recruitment experience within professional services particularly with expertise in Customer and People is essential, with a demonstrated track record of directly sourcing niche roles and leading the entire recruitment lifecycle successfully.
