Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic sector?

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team, specialising in the security industry.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at our Chatham Dockyard office, with two remote working days per week. Flexibility is essential, as the role may include attending events or supporting recruitment activity outside typical office hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles within the security sector

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and Account Managers

• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking

• Attend industry events and meetings to support recruitment drives

• Provide expert advice to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices

• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records

About You

• Proven 1year+ experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist - Security experience desirable

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

• Willing and able to work flexibly, including attending events outside standard hours

• Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and in a team

What we offer

Competitive salary - £28,000 - £33,000 per annum
